We are looking for a passionate Technical Officer (Civil) to join our Construction team. The technical officer’s responsibilities include estimating project cost, tender documents, site supervision, labor handling, preparing and checking contactors bills, negotiations with suppliers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• A Technical Officer in construction acts as a crucial link between site management and senior management of the Company, also responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining high quality standards.

Academic and Professional Experience

• GCE O/L and GCE A/L.
• Completed NVQ 3 / NVQ 4 Level.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, Auto CAD and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills and Behaviors

• Valid Riding License
